Terms of Service

General commission terms of service

- I have the right to decline any commission
- My work is not allowed to be used for NFTs or to train AI for any purpose
- The prices of additional characters in the same piece stay the same as if they were solitary
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The commissioner and I will both have rights to use the artwork for any non-commercial use
- You are not permitted to edit my artwork without explicit permission

Custom terms of service

- Redesigns are allowed as long as the design isn't changed beyond recognition
- The design can be resold only at sale price or lower
- The design can be resold for higher than sale price if additional value like commissions has been applied
- Utilizing the design for commercial use e.g. comics, shows, video games, etc. can be privately arranged with me
- The design may be traded for other designs or art as long as the new owner is referred to this TOS

Payment and working process

- I accept payment as USD through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App
- All commissions are meant to be completed within two months, but personal issues or health complications may delay the process
- I expect full payment after the sketch is complete
- Edits may be made during the process
- Only minor edits may be made after the artwork is complete

I will draw

- Human, anthro, feral, worm, simple-shaped, and mecha characters
- Any species
- Gore, violence, and horror

I won't draw

- NSFW and fetish
- Illegal content
- Discriminating, political, hateful, and non-fictional religious content
